No I wasn't watching QVC!

OK I was, but only because I was waiting for my boyfriend and there was nothing else on! Anyway, I don't watch it often and I am glad I did today because they were showcasing a jewellery brand called Chateau D'Argent, and I absolutely fell for this ring.

This picture doesn't make it look quite as striking as it did on my TV, where it was a most beautiful shade of blue, but still looking for this made me want a few more pieces.

Lovely Lucette

I fell across this Austrailian label whilst playing on Polyvore, I was drawn in my the feather cape and I can't help but love pieces named after Goldfrapp and Yeah Yeah Yeahs songs (Gold Lion, Fever to tell, Clowns and Monster Love to name a few). Beautiful. Lucette

Fun in the Sun

Aaaaah another beautiful day which I think is pretty much a first for bank holidays, and I have spent my morning reading the latest issue of coco eco magazine especially the article about shopping in your own closet, which if it wasn't so nice out I would be doing right now (next weekend maybe). Instead I am wishing I had a voluminous, chiffontastic maxi dress to waft around on the sand in.

And more celebrations!

Its not just M&S celebrating this year, Fred Perry have reached 100! Happy birthday!
They're also celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Specials and I love this striped shirt.

Happy Anniversary!

To M&S, 125 years and they celebrate by giving us disco dresses, putting a ruffled collar on the classic mac, and blinging up your neck vintage stylee. This isn't just a 125th birthday this is and M&S 125th birthday.

All at it...

It seems a store is not complete without teaming up with young designers these days. Not that I am complaing, I think its great. Oasis are the latest to join the trend, and boy did they choose well.
I love the rose print of Claire Caudwells dresses so much it hurts! And the shape of Heather Reids dress is to die for.
I haven't been in Oasis for a while but, I think this might soom change, especially if they keep things this good.

Feeling Blue...

Why? Well because my-wardrobe.com has knocked 30% off all bags and shoes until May 25th and free shipping until the 20th! Which would be great, except I am poor right now. These baby blues are crying for me right now.

Dreamy....

Check out Stella McCartney's exclusive collection for net-a-porter and the four videos that accompony it. Aaaah, I have just been sent to a dreamy, folky world of careless kite flying, bike riding in designer dresses, and climbing trees in the summer heat.
By the way, my summer needs this dress...

Hairy chests....

Being, as I am, of the female variety I cannot grow facial hair, I will have to settle for wearing my rather dandy, twirly moustache on my chest courtesy of jojo&malou at catwalkgenius.

I know these are intended for nightwear and, lovely as they are for that, wouldn't they be simply darling, dyed sugary, pastel shades and worn as pretty, pretty summer dresses?

Feeling blue.

I think turqouise is becoming my accessory colour of the summer. It is made for white t shirts and tans, sandy beaches and ice creams. Enjoy then these turqouise-y treats from Butler and Wilson, Bijoux Heart and Accessorize.

Think Pink

Ahhh the flamingo, tall, elegant and pink! I love flamingoes. I love tacky. I love jewellery shaped like animals. I think its pretty obvious I would love a bit of tacky flamingo jewellery. Uptownflamingo.com is the answer to every wish I never knew I had.

Unfortunatly what with me being poor and everything at the moment I could only probably go for these tack-tastic sunglasses!
